Problem
Lincoln’s Financial Advisors wanted help starting conversations and countering client objections. They also needed more familiarity with Lincoln’s line of products.

Concept
I created a brochure that was framed around client concerns and objections, providing possible counters to those objections and product solutions to meet their concerns. I also provided deeper insight into what the clients were really really concerned about but may be afraid to disclose.
